I visited the salon during my very hectic trip to India for attending a wedding. I got party make up, hairdo, saree draping services twice, hair botox treatment, pedi - mani, and haircut for my 4 year old girl. All the services were good as also the behaviour of all the staff members. However, what stood out for me is that the value time..i am a person who is always in a rush and need to optimise resources at the quickest time to get the best results. Well, they matched up to that bar, and they were intentional about it. I did not have to ask for it. That’s primarily the reason why I will get back to them when I go back next. Wish the team the very best of luck. I would however be advising the team to be able to recommend client on what best make up/ hair do etc would look best on the client..maybe use AI software to be able to show the client what looks best on them ..and accordingly provide the services. Especially for make up and hairdos. while my hair do on the second day was recommended by me, i dont think i looked my best in that. Hence the piece of advise.

I had a great experience with Splash. The team was very cordial and professional with the way they welcomed me, to my entire experience. I had come for a transformational haircut, and I left it up to them to figure out a style that goes well with my face, because honestly I had no idea what goes and the end product was delightful. Will definitely come back again.

My experience at Splash was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Sourav, in particular, is extremely knowledgeable and attentive…he explained everything with such clarity and professionalism. The entire team was courteous and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I am genuinely very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend Splash to anyone looking for a truly pleasant and professional experience.
